I reached out to Ross Industrial Doors after one of our clients asked us to provide a Fire Shutter on one of our large contracts. They were excellent to deal with from start to finish.  Very responsive and professional any time I had to speak to them. Ross met with our client on site within a few days and explained everything, advised them on the requirements and ran through the installation process with them. The shutter was installed within 2 days of manufacturing to a high standard, the guys even worked late into the evening to ensure the shutter was installed in time for the grand opening the next day.
